About Máire
I work with leaders and teams in banking, finance, professional services and hospitality, usually at the point where pressure has started to affect how people think, communicate and decide.
Executive coach and organisational advisor in Dubai, working where performance, leadership and cognitive diversity meet.
My starting position is simple. Most performance problems are environment problems. Change the conditions, and capable people stop having to work around them.

She began her career in specialist education and moved through psychology and senior educational leadership into executive and organisational work. She is the founder of See Me and host of the See Me Podcast.

How I think about performance
Most workplace problems that get labelled attitude, resilience or capability are actually something else.
A nervous system doing exactly what it was designed to do, or a mismatch between how someone thinks and the environment they are working in.
The nervous system does not clock in and out
How people start their day, what their environment demands and how safe they feel all shape how they lead. Regulation is not a soft skill, it is the foundation.
Psychological safety is practical, not fluffy
It lives in how meetings run, how feedback is given, and whether people can say "I do not know" without fear.
Sustainable beats heroic
Cultures that rely on people quietly overextending pay for it in attrition, absence and errors. The alternative is smarter design.
Difference is not deficit
ADHD, autism and cognitive differences bring pattern recognition, deep focus, honesty and creativity. Environments can be redesigned.
